About the role

Responsible for the operation of the club lounge, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Areas of responsibility include guest and employee engagement, and human resources. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
