About the role

The role will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships with higher-education institutions and driving business growth for the College Connect business. Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions. Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand L&T EduTech's presence across the higher-education ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand L&T EduTech's presence across the higher-education ecosystem
• Build relationships with key academic and institutional stakeholders, including Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Principals, Placement Heads, and senior leadership
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle — from prospect identification and initial engagement through negotiation, onboarding, implementation
• Drive partnership-led business growth through opportunity identification, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiations, and achievement of business targets
