Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing day-to-day invoice processing and Accounts Payable activities. In this role, you will own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across our US, India, UK and Swiss entities, and the reporting that gives management visibility into payables, vendor exposure and cash commitments.

What you'll do

• Own the full procure-to-pay AP cycle across markets: invoice validation, PO matching, coding, approvals, payment runs and reconciliations
• Review and approve payment proposals against due dates, priorities, and cash availability
• Review vendor ageing, advances and open balances, and ensure timely vendor statement reconciliations
• Act as the escalation point for vendors and internal queries, resolving issues quickly with procurement and business users
