Assistant Manager - Accounts Payables

About the role

The incumbent will be working for accounts payable process where daily activity will include vendor payments. The incumbent will be handling a team which is creating vendor payments via virtual cards and bank transfers. Manage the day-to-day AP functions, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and timely resolution of the rejected payments.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day AP functions, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and timely resolution of the rejected payments
• Ensure the timely completion of all month-end closing activities, including creditors ledger and bank reconciliations. Track and report AP Key Performance Indicators…
• Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex vendor queries and payment discrepancies
