About the role

The Job purpose of a Shift Incharge - Printing in solar manufacturing is to manage and enhance printing operations for solar cell production, ensuring quality output, operational efficiency, and safety compliance while leading a team to achieve production goals.

What you'll do

• Provide expert management of Print line processes, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of Print line equipment for solar cell production
• Manage and mentor the Print line maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operation and professional development
• Ensure all Print line operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety protocols
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications in Print line operations for consistent solar cell performance

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Solar
• Physics
• Maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
