Assistant Manager - Administration

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Administration will oversee day-to-day administrative operations in a manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance, operational discipline, vendor and event management and smooth functioning of facility and support services. The role demands strong organizational skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to implement audit-ready systems.

What you'll do

• Facility & Infrastructure Management
• Supervise housekeeping, Security, canteen, guest house, transport and vehicle maintenance, Events, Travel & transport management
• Ensure preventive maintenance and upkeep of administrative infrastructure
• Monitor CCTV operations, access control, and safety systems
• Implement SOPs aligned with statutory requirements (Factory Act, labour laws, PCB norms, fire safety)

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Facility management

• MS Office

• MBA or BBA
