About the role

Assistant Manager - Agency Business Associates Strengthens and grows the distribution network by identifying, developing, and nurturing potential leaders to enhance channel productivity and business performance. Ensures effective implementation of business strategies while maintaining strict compliance with all internal processes, company policies, and regulatory standards prescribed by the Company and applicable regulators.

What you'll do

• Strengthen distribution by identifying potential leaders
• Support and manage the BAs in Recruitment & Training of Advisors
• Manage Advisor career progressions and create a pool of Premier Advisors
• Ensure Retention of Advisors by constantly engaging with them and their leaders
• Drive profitable business by maintaining the desired product mix as prescribed by the company from time to time
