About the role

Monitor and analyze key business metrics (disbursements figures, collections rates, PAR%, etc.). Prepare and automate regular reports for internal and regulatory stakeholders. Support decision-making with insights on portfolio trends, customer behaviour, and area-wise performance. Evaluate product performance and assist in identifying new market opportunities.
