Assistant Manager - Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable sales growth within the assigned geography by developing and executing area-specific business plans, managing and mentoring a team of frontline sales professionals and distributors, and ensuring the achievement of volume, value, and distribution targets.

What you'll do

• Own and lead the growth agenda for the area: analyses internal and external data to identify, create and execute growth plans through systematic planning
• Leverage trade marketing inputs (schemes/activations) effectively, with a focus on investment and the opportunity to grow
• Develop strong win-win partnerships with channel and trade partners, including creating joint business plans with a medium-to-long-term view
• Lead and track the execution of the growth agenda in the region, including key processes and pilot projects, with a focus on quality
• Ensure accurate monthly stock planning, logistics management and sales forecasting
