About the role

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Service & Automation Engineer to support our industrial drives and automation business. The role covers troubleshooting, commissioning, field service, customer support, spare parts management, and project execution. The ability to take ownership and complete assignments within committed timelines is essential.

What you'll do

  • Technical Service & Support
  • Troubleshoot industrial drives, controller cards, PLCs, HMIs, power electronics, and automation equipment
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
  • Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and startup of drives and automation systems
  • Configure software, parameters, and commissioning settings using TIA Portal and SIMATIC Manager
