Assistant Manager - Billing

About the role

Manage billing and quantity verification for large-scale infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development. Process and certify contractor bills related to landscaping, top-level softscape & hardscape works, artificial pool and lake construction. Verify BOQs, work orders, rate analysis, variation orders, and extra item claims.

What you'll do

• Verify subcontractor/vendor bills with reference to work orders, BOQs, measurement sheets, and agreed rates
• Manage billing and quantity verification for large-scale infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development
• Process and certify contractor bills related to landscaping, top-level softscape & hardscape works, artificial pool and lake construction
• Verify BOQs, work orders, rate analysis, variation orders, and extra item claims
• Monitor executed quantities vs. BOQ and track cost deviations

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Billing
• Quantity estimation
• Construction
• Reconciliation
• GST
• TDS
• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
