What you'll do

  • 1.Performance, Promotions & Career Management
  • Support performance management cycles, goal-setting governance, calibration inputs, and performance analytics
  • Assist in promotion cycle execution, readiness reviews, talent data consolidation, and leadership-ready summaries
  • Enable career management initiatives including career pathways, role adjacencies, internal mobility, and progression frameworks
  • UJR Rationalization, Job Architecture & JD Creation
