To drive Businesses Excellence & SKF Production System methods like Lean, TPM & 5S at Factory level & support implementation to achieve targeted master plan of SQDCWE objectives. What you'll do

• Responsibility of creating the continuous improvement of culture by developing and implementation of Excellence / Lean / TPM program & other key business Initiatives…
• Drive Value Stream Map, 5S & Visual Management, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Setup changeover, Hoshin Kanri / X matrix creation, Loss Cost matrix
• Develop Training modules / training stations / reference material / documents for Business excellence / Lean / TPM initiatives (like JH, 5S, visualization, ECRS
• Develop Visuals and Kaizen reference for Autonomous Maintenance, 5S circles & facilitate circles for Horizontal Deployment of best kaizens for focused improvements
• Develop relevant MIS dashboards through Power BI, MS-Excel etc. and Process Data

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Stakeholder management

• B.Tech or B.E.
