About the role

Lead and supervise complete shift operations across API manufacturing blocks. Execute daily production plans to achieve output, yield, and productivity targets. Ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and approved process parameters. Monitor all critical manufacturing activities including reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing.

What you'll do

Ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and approved process parameters
Monitor all critical manufacturing activities including reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing
Ensure smooth shift handover with proper documentation and communication
