Assistant Manager

About the role

We're looking for a data-driven engagement specialist to own how users discover, adopt, and stay active on our digital products. Working closely with our Platform team, you'll shape the strategies that turn first-time visitors into loyal, engaged users across our mobile apps and websites. If you're someone who gets excited by retention curves, push notification open rates, and the puzzle of why users drop off at step three — we'd love to talk.

What you'll do

• Own the full user lifecycle — onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back — through in-app messaging, push, email, and other channels
• Design and run push notification campaigns that users actually want to open
• Dig into behavioural data (DAU/MAU, session length, retention cohorts, funnel drop-offs) to find what's working, what isn't, and what to try next
• Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, UI/UX, and user flows to compound small wins into big ones
• Partner with content, design, and engineering to ship experiences that match what users actually want

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• User flows
• CRM
• Looker
• HubSpot
• Any graduate

Good to have

• SQL

What you get

• ₹5 L–₹6 L a year
