Assistant Manager - Commercial

About the role

Responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking actual expenditures, reviewing forecasting reports, ensuring timely cost inflow tracking, and calculating the accurate cost to complete (CTC) for ongoing projects. This role is key to ensuring financial control and accountability across the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead the cost control function for major EPC projects, ensuring alignment with financial targets, project goals, and corporate policies
• Own the end-to-end cost management process—from budget setup and baseline definition to ongoing cost tracking, forecasting, and closeout
• Deliver accurate, data-driven Cost to Complete (CTC) analysis by integrating inputs from Engineering, Procurement, and Construction disciplines
• Provide strategic insight into project performance through regular variance analysis, financial risk assessments, and trend monitoring
• Develop, maintain, and enhance cost control models, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data transparency and real-time financial insights
