About the role

Responsible for ensuring effective functioning and smooth implementation of the Compliance Program in India in conjunction with local laws Assist Regional Compliance Lead in automation of compliance processes Conduct compliance internal monitoring on quarterly basis to assess internal controls and identify potential risks, if any

What you'll do

  • Assist Regional Compliance Lead in drafting / amending policies and procedures for the India Operations based on the changes in the regulatory environment
  • Responsible for ensuring effective functioning and smooth implementation of the Compliance Program in India in conjunction with local laws
  • Assist Regional Compliance Lead in automation of compliance processes
  • Conduct compliance internal monitoring on quarterly basis to assess internal controls and identify potential risks, if any
  • Drive Compliance Culture through innovative employee engagement activities annually
