Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Engineering will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and reliable operation of all production equipment and utility systems in the OSD manufacturing facility. The role ensures compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and supports uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• A. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance (PM)
• Prepare and execute the Preventive Maintenance schedule for all OSD production equipment (e.g., RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating, Blister, Packing)
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
• Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, and machine history cards

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Maintenance

• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
