About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Secretarial Practice department. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting the Company Secretary, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of secretarial and administrative support.

What you'll do

• Play a vital part in assisting the Company Secretary, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of secretarial and administrative support
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013, IRDAI regulations and other laws applicable to the Company
• Ensure strict adherence to Corporate Governance and practices adopted by the Company
• Maintain all Statutory Registers as required under Companies Act 2013
• Preparing Annual Report and its Annexure
