Assistant Manager - Credit Operations

About the role

You’ll be part of the team driving one of the most critical stages of the customer journey-onboarding. The Video KYC (VKYC) team ensures every verification is seamless, compliant, and built on strong risk foundations, combining speed with a customer-first approach. As Assistant Manager - Credit Operations, you’ll lead the VKYC operations team, ensuring highquality onboarding and strong compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end VKYC operations and ensure smooth daily execution
• Manage team performance, productivity, and quality benchmarks
• Handle escalations and optimize workload, roster planning, and SLAs
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal KYC policies
• Identify process gaps, reduce errors, and strengthen controls
