About the role

Proactively identify and engage potential customers for the container terminal, showcasing the port's services and capabilities to expand the client base. Run industry-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the company's image through strategic content. Meet or exceed the budgeted targets for container terminal volume and revenue, contributing to the port's financial success.

What you'll do

• Run industry-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the company's image through strategic content
• Meet or exceed the budgeted targets for container terminal volume and revenue, contributing to the port's financial success
• Analyze competitors to identify business growth opportunities and leverage insights to influence customer decisions positively
• Educate customers on Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and customs procedures to facilitate seamless operations at the Exim yard
• Monitor and ensure the collection of all pending dues from customers as per contractual agreements
