Assistant Manager

About the role

This role supports the Finance & Commercial function across project costing, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to core financial and commercial processes within real estate projects, building strong analytical and commercial management skills.

What you'll do

• Assist in preparing, monitoring, and analysing project budgets, cost plans, financial reports, and cashflow data
• Assist in contract administration, billing verification, reconciliations, documentation, and compliance with internal governance
• Conduct data analysis on costs, commitments, and financial risks to support commercial decision-making
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and finance teams to ensure timely approvals, documentation flow, and support audit and record-keeping requirements
