Assistant Manager - Digital Business Unit

About the role

Responsibilities include managing statutory reserves and solvency assessments, asset share and bonus supportability analysis, surplus reporting, Market Consistent Embedded Value (MCEV) calculations, analysis of MCEV movements, and business planning activities. The role contributes to regulatory compliance, financial reporting integrity, and strategic decision-making through high-quality actuarial analysis and stakeholder engagement

What you'll do

• Call center Team and other partner
• Conduct refresher training as per TNI shared by quality team
• Ensure met compliance and regulations requirement
• Build the process to check the effectiveness the training
• Drive education series on product, process and ops so that it will increase the productivity of the caller and issuance rate
