Assistant Manager - DP operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DP Operations professional with hands-on knowledge of CDSL/NSDL operations, Demat & Remat processes, DIS handling, pledge activities, exchange compliance, and client servicing.

What you'll do

• Process Demat (DRF) and Remat (RRF) requests
• Handle account opening, modification, closure, and maintenance activities
• Process transmission, transposition, nomination registration, and nominee claim requests
• Coordinate with CDSL, NSDL, RTAs, Issuer Companies, and internal teams
• Verification and processing of Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS)

What you need

• 3–8 years in operations
• MIS reporting

• SEBI regulations
• Any graduate
