About the role

The Expense Support and Solutions team is part of Finance and supports associates across the firm with expense reporting and related processes. The Expense Support Associate is an entry-level member of the Expense Support and Solutions team. This role helps associates prepare and submit accurate expense reports, resolve routine Concur questions, and complete related support work.

What you'll do

• Support associates with preparing and submitting expense reports in SAP Concur
• Help confirm that reports include required receipts, business purposes, cost centers, expense types, and other supporting information
• Review submissions for completeness and follow up with associates when information is missing or needs clarification
• Assist with corporate card transaction questions and help associates understand the steps needed to reconcile charges
• Support invoice processing by entering or reviewing information and routing invoices through the appropriate workflow

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Excel

• Diploma or B.Com or BBA
