Assistant Manager - Electrical

About the role

The role is part of the Central Manufacturing Excellence (ME) – Centre of Excellence team and is responsible for driving instrumentation, automation, and process control excellence across manufacturing sites. The incumbent will support digitalization, process stability, and automation-led improvement initiatives across plants.

What you'll do

• Project & Engineering Excellence
• Support greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects from an electrical engineering standpoint including design reviews, load calculations
• Coordinate with EPC partners, OEMs, and internal engineering teams during execution, FAT/SAT, installation, and commissioning
• Support electrical scope of CAPEX projects, including budgeting, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to plant teams with complete documentation and training support
