Assistant Manager - EOL Testing and Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – End of Line Hardware Testing & Maintenance to lead our End-of-Line (EOL) and Functional Circuit Test (FCT) engineering activities at our Aurangabad manufacturing facility.

What you'll do

• Lead the EOL/FCT Test Engineering and Maintenance team and own the availability, performance and continuous improvement of production test systems
• Develop test strategies, test cases and test sequences for new electronic products in collaboration with Hardware, Firmware, Systems and Manufacturing teams
• Design test-system architecture, including test fixtures, electrical interfaces, instrumentation, switching, communication and safety mechanisms
• Design and develop automated test fixtures and jigs for EOL and functional testing of automotive electronic products
• Define test protocols, hardware connections, measurement methods and acceptance criteria based on product requirements and specifications
