Assistant Manager – Exim and Transport Management

About the role

Interface with Regional and Global Logistics team and business divisions to ensure the alignment with organization objective. Supply chain / Material Procurement experience 10~13 years. Proficient in English and Local language.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end import/export processes, including booking containers, tracking shipments, and optimizing transportation routes to reduce costs
• Prepare, verify, and process documentation, including Bills of Entry, Packing Lists, Invoices, and Certificates of Origin. Ensure strict compliance with DGFT, customs
• Liaise with Custom House Agents (CHA) and authorities to resolve clearance issues and expedite cargo movement
• Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics providers
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, analyze inventory levels, and prepare reports on logistics performance
