About the role

The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, handling employee inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in audits and process improvements. Additionally, it requires collaboration with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain compliance.

What you'll do

• Audit payroll inputs, address discrepancies if any before it is sent to the Client stakeholders
• Ensure that the Payroll Timeliness and Accuracy are meeting/exceeding the Client Targets
• Act as the 1 st point of escalation to resolve any payroll related queries

What you need
