About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Consultant – Marketing Analytics & Customer Journey Insights to help drive data-driven decision making across marketing and customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and digital measurement with the ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives and actionable recommendations.

What you'll do

• Analyze cross-channel customer, campaign, and behavioral data to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness and business growth
• Develop meaningful measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytical approaches to evaluate performance across digital channels
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, engagement, conversion, retention, and campaign performance
• Translate complex analytical findings into business-ready recommendations and strategic actions
• Identify journey friction points, drop-offs, behavioral patterns, and engagement opportunities
