About the role

Manage end-to-end broker onboarding and setup activities. Support Delegated Authority business, including Cover holders, Binders, and Binding Authorities Assist with Cover holder and Broker Management processes, annual reviews, and monitoring activities. -Knowledge of Lloyd's regulatory and governance requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end broker onboarding and setup activities
• Support Delegated Authority business, including Cover holders, Binders, and Binding Authorities
• Assist with Cover holder and Broker Management processes, annual reviews, and monitoring activities
• Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
