Assistant Manager

About the role

Manage Residual Market assessments, invoices, and payment activities across FAIR Plans, Assigned Risk Pools, MAIPF, FL CAT, and other state-mandated insurance programs. Review invoices received via email or external portals and ensure timely processing. Validate market share-based assessment calculations using Written Premium (WP) data and applicable allocation percentages.

What you'll do

• Manage Residual Market assessments, invoices, and payment activities across FAIR Plans, Assigned Risk Pools, MAIPF, FL CAT, and other state-mandated insurance programs
• Review invoices received via email or external portals and ensure timely processing
• Coordinate and execute assessment payments while ensuring adherence to regulatory deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and update the Master Tracker for all assessments, payments, and supporting documentation
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Reporting

• Chartered Accountant or MBA
