About the role

discovery workshops, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, NFRs, prioritization support as-is/to-be, Visio, service blueprints, controls and handoffs data lineage, field mapping, event flows, basic SQL (where relevant) backlog refinement, sprint support, UAT planning/execution, triage, defect management

What you'll do

• Process & operational design: as-is/to-be, Visio, service blueprints, controls and handoffs
• Process maps (as-is/to-be), customer journeys

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Microservices
• Agile
• Bug tracking
• Test cases
• JIRA
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
