Assistant Manager - Facility Management

About the role

The Incharge - Facility Management O&M is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or project. This includes overseeing essential services such as horticulture, billing, maintenance, and ensuring smooth execution of all on-site activities. The role ensures tenant satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency while adhering to established policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, legal, and organizational policies relevant to the business/function
• Maintain compliance with internal SOPs, delegation of authority, financial controls, and governance frameworks
• Ensure timely completion of required statutory filings, licenses, approvals, renewals, and regulatory documentation, as applicable
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Taxation, Secretarial, and other relevant stakeholders to address compliance requirements and risks
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations and corrective/preventive actions
