Assistant Manager - F&M

About the role

The Package Incharge - O&M (HVAC, VAM, Chiller) oversees HVAC operations, develops maintenance plans, manages resources, ensures safety and compliance, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives HVAC system optimization for optimal indoor environment and energy efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality. Handle daily operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance
• Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Use monitoring systems to predict and address equipment issues
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and environmental regulations
• Work with internal teams and external partners to integrate HVAC systems smoothly and resolve related challenges
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a respectful and safe work environment while promoting growth and success

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• HVAC

• B.Tech or B.E.
