Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts - Accounts Payable

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial close, statutory compliance support, banking operations, and audit coordination. The role will support the Finance team in maintaining robust financial controls, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities and support monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure
• Initiate vendor and other business payments through banking portals in accordance with approved processes
• Reconcile Form 26AS with books of accounts and Form 16A with vendor/customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and review vendor, customer, bank, and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial schedules for management
