Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

About the role

Budget preparation by interacting with cross functional teams and project managers. Coordinate with project managers and procurement to validate Capex spend and asset classification. Preparation & analysis of monthly Capex MIS. Track Capital expenditure with respect to budget and reporting the same to the management on fortnightly basis.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with project managers and procurement to validate Capex spend and asset classification
• Track Capital expenditure with respect to budget and reporting the same to the management on fortnightly basis
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy & efficiency in Capex reporting
• Tracking Capital expenditure and capitalization w.r.t AERA approved projects
• Monitor fuel procurement, storage and distribution costs of Fuel Farm operations

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• MIS reporting
• SAP
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Audit
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
