About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance (Audit & Compliance) is responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory, financial, and internal compliance requirements across the organization. The role involves coordinating external audits, managing regulatory filings, strengthening internal controls, mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage statutory, tax, and regulatory audits
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and facilitate timely closure of audit assignments
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial information
• Monitor audit observations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
• Track and report audit findings and compliance status to management
