Assistant Manager-Finance Operations

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, timely reporting, compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and payments
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, and operational dashboards
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and resolve outstanding issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Month-end close
• MIS reporting
• Internal controls
• Variance analysis
• Financial reporting
• Any graduate
