Assistant Manager - Finance

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee payroll accounting, statutory compliance, ESOP administration, revenue reconciliation, and accounts payable. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory filings, robust compliance, and effective financial controls.

What you'll do

• Payroll validation, accounting and reporting
• Validate monthly payroll inputs and the payroll register before release; investigate variances
• Own TDS on salary (Section 192), Form 24Q filings and Form 16 issuance
• Post payroll entries and provisions (bonus, incentives, leave encashment, gratuity); reconcile payroll register, GL and bank
• Review full-and-final settlements and publish monthly payroll MIS

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience

• Chartered Accountant or B.Com
