Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting will be responsible for end‑to‑end financial reporting for TerraPay’s global entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role will support statutory audits, group consolidation, board reporting, and continuous improvement of reporting processes in a fast‑growing cross‑border payments ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Financial Reporting & Close Management
• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS / UK GAAP / local GAAP , as applicable
• Cross‑border payment revenues and costs
• Forex revaluation and settlement differences
• Intercompany transactions and eliminations

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Financial reporting
