Assistant Manager - Fire and Safety (FM)

About the role

The Lead – Fire & Safety is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, fire safety, occupational health & safety, and emergency preparedness across assigned sites. The role drives implementation of safety SOPs, audits, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, contractor safety management, and sustainability initiatives to create a safe and compliant environment for residents, employees, visitors, and contractors.

What you'll do

• Lead – Fire & Safety (Site Operations)
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety standards
• Maintain readiness of firefighting systems, equipment, hydrants, pumps, alarms, and emergency infrastructure
• Conduct periodic inspections and preventive audits of fire & safety systems
• Conduct fire and safety audits and track closure of observations
