What you'll do

• Perform accounting for fixed assets and leases, ensuring complete, accurate and timely recording in the books
• Manage asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, disposals, depreciation and related journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
• Maintain the fixed asset register and lease accounting schedules, including reconciliations with the general ledger
• Execute monthly close activities for fixed assets and leases, including depreciation, lease accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Coordinate with Treasury for timely lease payments and with Accounts Payable for vendor invoices and payment-related matters

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
