Assistant Manager

About the role

As part of the Bank of America GMO (Global Markets Operations) & Fixed income Change Group, the incumbent will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team whose mandate will be to deliver industry leading Front-to-Back process and technology solutions. Acting as a change agent, he/she will manage a variety of value-driven initiatives at every phase of the project life cycle.

• Be expected to liaise with project/business to understand and document business requirements, create test plan, plan and support testing
• Partner closely with Trade Control, Finance, Operations, COO teams, Trading Desks & Technology partners to understand business processes and related technology…
• Legal Entity infrastructure build out
• Industry Initiated Change build
• UAT for Key Initiatives
