Assistant Manager

About the role

Functions as a proficient technical resource contributing to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, including the use of new technologies. Participates in project work and may support or guide team activities related to operational or strategic initiatives. Accountable for applying technical expertise as an individual contributor to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Manage coding volumes for rules and exceptions
• Ensure format errors are identified and resolved at the start of day
• Perform detailed analysis of OFAC hit rates and provide structured outputs to LOB
• Execute systemic testing (including FOF) to support business requirements
• Analyze heavy hitter reports to reduce false positive volumes

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Excel
• SQL
• VBA
• Data modelling
• Reporting
• Compliance
• MCA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc
