Manage end to end recruitment process for multiple roles across various levels
Develop talent sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
Develop innovative talent sourcing strategies including digital recruiting
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding
