Assistant Manager, Indirect Sourcing - India

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Indirect Sourcing, is responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect spend category especially into MICE and Employee Travel related services, ensuring cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect spend category especially into MICE and Employee Travel related services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation. 3
• Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier benchmarking to support category strategies and sourcing decisions. 4
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive service quality and commercial value. 5
• Support contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and commercial terms. 6
