Assistant Manager - International Procurement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – International Procurement to manage global sourcing, import procurement, vendor development, and supply chain coordination for chemicals and aroma raw materials. The role involves handling international suppliers, import operations, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials for business operations.

What you'll do

• Manage international procurement of chemicals, aroma ingredients, essential oils, and packaging materials
• Identify, evaluate and develop overseas suppliers and manufacturers for strategic sourcing
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, contracts and supply agreements with international vendors
• Handle end-to-end import procurement processes including purchase orders, shipment coordination, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate import documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bill (AWB), COO, Insurance and customs-related documents
