About the role

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – IT Recruitment to lead IT hiring for product and service roles. The candidate will manage a team, handle client interactions, and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters
• Manage client communication and requirement understanding
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Hire for both product-based and service-based IT roles
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures
