We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee cash application activities within a finance and accounting operations environment. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely cash postings, manage daily account balancing, and resolve suspense items to support efficient accounts receivable operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee cash application activities, ensuring accurate and timely posting of customer payments
• Manage daily balancing activities and investigate, resolve, and monitor suspense items
• Support end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, maintaining process accuracy and consistency
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Lead and support team members, helping maintain productivity, quality, and operational performance
